Business Accounts also get the benefit of automatically limiting the amount of data employees can access. For example, employees viewing job details will not be able to see the costs associated with a job. Likewise, employees are unable to delete or add jobs to the business. This gives an extra layer of protection to your businesses data. If you do not wish to limit your employees data access like this, you can simply assign them a "manger" role when you add them to your business. The manager role provides them the same full access to your businesses data with no restrictions. This means they can add, modify and delete data as needed. This feature allows a fine grained level of data management for your business and keeps the control in your hands.

A TradeEase subscription for $0.99 AUD a month is required to use the app, and this provides full access to all the apps features. To add other people to your business, they just need to install and purchase their own monthly subscription. This way each user is responsible for their own account and subscription so there is no need to manage complicated business account packages that often end up costing you more. The other nice benefit of this approach is that any TradeEase user can be a part of multiple businesses at the same time! Currently TradeEase is supported on Apple iOS and iPadOS devices. Your TradeEase subscription will work across these devices, just sign into your TradeEase account and make sure you are using the same Apple iCloud account used to purchase your monthly subscription with.
