TradeEase is an job management application aimed primarily at tradies. It aims to assist in managing the day to day operations of trade businesses and its employees.

TradeEase users can create job records and keep track of details such as scheduling, progress, costs, client details, location, timesheets etc. In addition to basic job information, users can also store photos and files against job records. Photos can be handy in keeping visual records of job progress and outcomes. Likewise, file storage is also a perfect way for distributing building schematics to workers or even for accessing compliance documents on site. The timesheet summary screen allows you to easily filter employee timesheets by date ranges. This is especially handy when working out pay and benefits for employees. The app also features a contacts style list where you can store all of your clients details.

TradeEase users who select the business account option on sign-up will have fine grained control of their businesses data and are able to add any other TradeEase user to their business. This enables easy sharing of information with employees. This way you can focus on the stuff that matters and let the app handle the day to day operations.

Information stored in the TradeEase app is automatically stored securely in the cloud, and any updates you make are reflected in real-time with any other TradeEase users! That way you and your employees can always be in sync. Another benefit off storing your data in the cloud is it allows you to use your TradeEase account on any Apple device (iPhone and iPad currently supported) without having to transfer any information over. It also provides security in that your data is protected even when you lose or damage a device. Simply install the app on another device, sign in, and all your businesses data will be right where you left it.

Business Accounts also get the benefit of automatically limiting the amount of data employees can access. For example, employees viewing job details will not be able to see the costs associated with a job. Likewise, employees are unable to delete or add jobs to the business. This gives an extra layer of protection to your businesses data. If you do not wish to limit your employees data access like this, you can simply assign them a "manger" role when you add them to your business. The manager role provides them the same full access to your businesses data with no restrictions. This means they can add, modify and delete data as needed. This feature allows a fine grained level of data management for your business and keeps the control in your hands.

A TradeEase subscription for $0.99 AUD a month is required to use the app, and this provides full access to all the apps features. To add other people to your business, they just need to install and purchase their own monthly subscription. This way each user is responsible for their own account and subscription so there is no need to manage complicated business account packages that often end up costing you more. The other nice benefit of this approach is that any TradeEase user can be a part of multiple businesses at the same time! You can manage your business and employees, and at the same time also be an employee of another TradeEase business (handy for contractors). All of this with one account and one subscription.

Currently TradeEase is supported on Apple iOS and iPadOS devices. Your TradeEase subscription will work across these devices, just sign into your TradeEase account and make sure you are using the same Apple iCloud account used to purchase your monthly subscription with. Subscriptions auto renew on a monthly basis and can be canceled anytime.
